Hello Christoph! I have just spent a great week in Switzerland with your brother Beat. It was a blessing to catch up with him after three and a half years! Your country is very beautiful and you have a remarkable family. Beat enthusiastically showed me your amazing website and I am now following your progress with great interest. The Pan American Highway bicycle tour is a trip I have always wanted to do and hopefully I will be able to follow in your tire marks in the future! Beat told me that you may be considering an Asian or Oceanic cycle tour in the future. I am learning Mandarin Chinese in preparation for a similar event. There is a possibility we may be able to join forces on the bikes one day. Keep up the good work.

Ich wünsche dir ein gutes 2011 und dass du weiterhin so flott vorwärts kommst! Ich bin seit rund zweieinhalb Wochen in Peru unterwegs und treffe auch hier immer mal wieder Gringos auf schwer beladenen Fahrrädern. Gerade heute auf der Fahrt nach Puno konnte ich aus dem Bus ein Mädel mit Liegerad beobachten. Du wirst also auch hier unten kaum je alleine sein...
